private treaty bid off pasture sale Calves available for viewing after May 10th. Offering 24 Select Steer and Heifer Prospects.   Calves will have creep feed all summer. Base bids are $2500 on every calf and bids will go in $250 increments,$500 over 10K. Bidding done by phone. Initial bids must be in by June 3 at sundown (8:00). You may drop down to any calf in the sale if your initial bid is in by this time. All bidders indentities will be kept confidential during the sale. Down payments of 20% of purchase price are due by June 30. Payment in full is due by September 1 or when cattle are picked up, whichever is sooner. Cattle must be picked up by October 1st.
